Good Morning Kateri, I am in the process of drafting your export license for deuterium to Iraq (XMAT447).
In the Other Parties to Export section 7a on the NRC form 7, could you please provide me the function(s) of the Other Parties to Export?
Also, this license will have a 2 year expiration date of 2021.
