SUMMARY

By application dated June 4, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19155A333), the Department of Energy (DOE) requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9253, for the Model No. TN-FSV package. DOE did not request any changes to the package design or its authorized contents. The certificate has been renewed for a five-year term.

CONDITIONS Condition No. 12 has been updated to reflect the new expiration date.

The references section of the certificate was revised to include the date of the certificate renewal request.

CONCLUSION The certificate has been renewed for a five-year term, which expires on July 31, 2024.
