The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is requesting renewal U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9253, for Model TN-FSV. The current certificate, Revision 13, expires June 30, 2019, and DOE has a continued programmatic need for this package. There have been no changes to the package since the CoC was last renewed in 2014.
