[External_Sender] Comment on NUREG1437, Supplement 5, Second Renewal, draft May 16, 2019 Mr. David Drucker U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001
Dear Mr. Drucker,
Rising sea levels will in the near future inundate the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant.
Already this plant contaminates the waters surrounding it including The Biscayne National Park. These toxins are already entering the drinking waters of the peoples in the Miami area.
PLEASE do not extend the permit for this plant to run. It is time to shut it down before serious consequences arise from it in the near future.
To be noted: I have been and still am a resident of South Florida since 1955, making this very important to me.
Sincerely, Mr. Gilbert Hall 186 SE 12th Ter Apt 2003 Miami, FL 33131-3290 (546) 600-8585 gilkhall@yahoo.com
