Quarterly POAM Update for the Second Quarter 2019
- 1. Letter from J Zimmerman to W Padgett approving UUSA's classified networks and requiring an updated Plan of Actions and Milestones to be provided quarterly until all actions are complete, dated July 24, 2018 (IN-18-083-NRC).
- 2. Letter from J Zimmerman to W Padgett requesting a revised schedule for items 007, 008 and 013 if these items are not completed by the next POAM submittal, dated March 13, 2019 (IN-19-027-NRC)
Pursuant to Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) herewith submits revision 1 c to the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) for Classified Systems. The following changes have occurred.
The following actions have been completed since the previous revision; Actions 007 and 008 These actions were the last remaining open actions in the POAM. As such, all actions are closed and the revised schedule of open items requested in Reference 1 are complete. contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present a security vulnerability. UUSA requests that this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.
