Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336 and 2.1203, and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Scheduling Order of March 21, 2019, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff herein notifies the Board and the parties that the hearing file has been supplemented for this proceeding. On or about June 10, 2019, materials added to the hearing file may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) and through the Electronic Hearing Docket (EHD). The EHD may be accessed at the following URL: http://adams.nrc.gov/ehd/. The hearing file may be found in the Turkey Point 50-250 & 50-251-SLR folder under the Staff Discovery Materials tab of the EHD. An index containing the ADAMS accession number, date, and title or description of each item added to the hearing file is appended hereto as Attachment 1.

Attached is the affidavit of Manny Comar certifying that all materials required to be disclosed pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336 and 2.1203 and the Boards Initial Scheduling Order have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete for documents identified as of May 17, 2019.

Among other things, I have been assisting the NRC staff with the preparation of the hearing file and mandatory disclosures in connection with the subsequent license renewal application at issue in this proceeding.
