Condition 3 The material to be exported under this license shall be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR Part 71 and 10 CFR Part 73.
Condition 4 Reserved Condition 5 This license authorizes export only and does not authorize the receipt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear material.
Condition 6 The shipper shall complete and submit a DOE/NRC Form 741 for each shipment of uranium, thorium, and plutonium (i.e., source or special nuclear material) exported under this license.
Condition 7 Reserved Condition 8 For the life of this license, the licensee shall submit by February 1 of each year, one copy of a report documenting the quantities of LEU shipped to the ROK during the previous calendar year and projections for the subsequent year. This report shall be submitted to the Deputy Director, Office of International Programs at the address provided in 10 CFR § 110.4. The report must include:
(1) The total quantity, including element weights and isotope weights, of the LEU exported to the ROK during the previous year, broken down by the quantities of LEU exported and intended to meet operational requirements at each of the specified power reactors.
(2) Projections for exports of LEU to the ROK in the subsequent calendar year, including estimates of the element weights and isotope weights tied to the expected operational requirements at each of the specified reactors.
(3) A description of any developments that may have required changes to the quantities of LEU exported to the ROK during the previous year from what had been projected.
