USAR APPENDIX B Technical Specifications Appendix B to the original FSAR contained proposed Technical Specifications.

The Facility Operating License for Cooper Nuclear Station contained substantially different Technical Specifications as Appendix A and B to the license. This Appendix B to the USAR is left intentionally blank because the current Technical Specifications are a separate, stand alone document.
