Dear Mr. Peters:
By letter dated September 21, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML18268A141), Framatome, Inc. (Framatome) submitted for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review and approval Topical Report (TR) ANP-10337, Revision 0, Supplement 1P, Revision 0, Deformable Spacer Grid Element. Upon review of the information provided, the NRC staff has determined that additional information is needed to complete the review. On May 13, 2019, Jerald Holm, Framatome Licensing Engineer, and I agreed that the NRC staff will receive the response to the attached Request for Additional Information (RAI) questions by September 27, 2019.
