Discuss the Regulatory Milestones and Projected Timeline for Restructuring of Global Laser Enrichment Date(s) and Time(s): May 22, 2019, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Location: Teleconference Category: This is a Closed meeting.This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.
Purpose:
Meeting with Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) to discuss the companies proposed restructuring. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) staff will summarize the major regulatory milestones and projected timeline that are part of NRC's review for various options GLE is considering.
