Areas Needing Improvement (ANIs) https://www.nrc.gov/about-nrc/contactus.html

  • In 2017, an ANI was identified in Safety Operations, due to a safety significant issue involving the S-1030 scrubber.
  • The identified supplemental inspection activities associated with the ANI were completed in 2018, however, the ANI will remain open and the assessment period will remain at a 12-month periodicity until the actions specified in the CO have been completed.

CO V.2, CO V.3(3), CO V.5, and CO V.10.b remain open

  • No additional ANIs were identified in any performance areas.
