Supplemental Information to HI-STORM FW Amendment 5 RSI 6-1

Dear Ms. Chen:

By letter dated April 1, 2019 [2], Holtec responded to the NRC's request for additional information (RSls) [1] needed to complete their review of HI-STORM FW Amendment 5 to the Certificate of Compliance No. 1032.

Holtec indicated that we would provide additional information for RSI 6-1 by April 301h. This letter contains the supplemental information to RSI 6-1 and responses to the Observations included in [1] as Attachment 1. Changes to the FSAR pages to support the response to RSI 6-1 and the observations are included as Attachments 2 and 3 in non-proprietary and proprietary versions. Changes related to this RSI and in response to Amendment 4 RAis [3] are included and are highlighted in yellow in the FSAR pages.
