By letter dated September 25, 2018, and in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I requested that you review the French Certificate of Approval No. F/357 /B(U)-96 (Revision Eaf), for the TN-MTR package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Docket No. 71-3052).
To support your review, I am enclosing supplemental information provided by our applicant, TN Americas LLC. Their cover letter is attached and a cd is enclosed that contains the enclosures to that letter. Please note that they state their Enclosure 4 contains proprietary information.
