The revision con-tains the remaining responses to questions posed by the Staff in your letter of December 27, 1977; January 20, 1978; February l, 1978 and February 2, 1978.
It also contains the remaining response to questions posed by the Commonwealth of Virginia in a letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated January 17, 1978.
The document should be revised in accordance with the attached instruc-tions.
