RE: Crystal River 3 Nuclear Power Plant Pursuant to the amendment of Section VI of the Decommissioning Trust Agreement between City of Tallahassee, Florida ("City") and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (successor to NCNB National Bank of Florida, Inc.) ("Trustee"), the Trustee is required to give notice to the.NRC before any payments from the Trust occur.
Therefore, we are hereby. giving notice that the* City will be "authorizing payments from the Trust to Duke Energy- (successor to Progress Energy and Florida Power Corporation),
sometime in the first quarter of 2019.
