Request for Five Year Renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9289 for the W E-1 Transportation Package; Docket No. 71-9289 By this letter, Framatome Inc., per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.38, formally requests a five year renewal of Certificate of Compliance 9289 for the model WE-1 packaging. The expiration date of the current certificate is March 31, 2019. No other changes are requested.
