enclosed for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), is a compact disc (CD-ROM) containing Amendment 2 of the dual-unit WBN Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). TVA is submitting this amendment letter in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Electronic lnformation Exchange and the enclosures will be submitted via CD-ROM by UPS.
ln accordance with RIS 2015-17, "Review and Submission of Updates to Final Safety Analysis Reports, Emergency Preparedness Documents, and Fire Protection Documents,"
TVA is submitting a redacted copy of Amendment 2 UFSAR for NRC Public Use (Enclosure 1) and the Non-Public Use version (Enclosure 2) that contains security related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 cFR 2.390.

Security Related lnformation - Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 This letter is decontrolled when separated from Enclosure 2 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page2 March 18,2019 Amendment 2 reflects changes and analyses made since the issuance Amendment 1 (Reference 1). This includes editorial corrections and changes in design pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59, "Changes, Tests, and Experiments." A summary of the evaluations made under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 is being provided under a separate letter.
There are no regulatory commitment changes to be submitted in accordance with Nuclear Energy Institute (NE!) 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes."
