By letter dated September 15, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML17261A068), General Electric Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) submitted NEDC-33173P, Supplement 6, Applicability of GE Methods to Expanded Operating Domains -

Removal of the Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio (SLMCPR) Penalty, to the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff for review. Enclosed for GEH review and comment is a copy of the NRC staffs draft safety evaluation (SE) for the supplement.
