DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED RECORDS:
Digital copies of records not already publicly available associated with the Significance Determination Process evaluations/
assessments of the findings documented in Inspection Report 05000346/2018002 dated August 10, 2018 (ML18222A345).
Records within this scope include SDP and SERP documents and associated emails. Records that may be excluded.
