ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY As required by Section 5.6.1.1.1 of Appendix B of the Op-erating License for the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, we hereby transmit one (1) copy of the "Second Supplement to the Salem Nuclear Generating Station 316(a) Demonstra-tion, Type 3" (NPDES Permit #0005622).
This document was submitted to EPA Region II on February 3, 1978 as part of the original 316(a) Demonstration sub-mitted on September 18, 1974 and supplemented on December 5, 1975.
