Bulletin 76-02, "Relay Coil Failures -
GE Ty-pe HFA, HGA, HKA and HMA Relays 11 All HFA relays in the 4 kv group and vital buses have been inspected and were found to hav2 Lexan coil spools.
There are HGA relays used in these buses and in the Diesel Generat~r control panels which have not been inspected because of recent testing schedules.
If any nylon ~oil spools are found, they will be replaced by the Energy LaboratoTy with coil spools made of Lexan.
Bulletin 76-03, "Relay Malfunctions -
GE Type STD Relays" We do not use type STD relays at Salem.
