AMENDMENT 41 APPLICATION FOR LICENSES SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION NO. 1 AND 2 UNITS DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the regulations thereunder, we hereby transmit copi~s of the Forty-First Amendment to the Application for Licenses for the construction and operation of the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, No. 1 and 2 Units.

This amendment consists of updated material for the Final Safety Analysis Report.

This amendment has been served on Mayor Samuel E. Donelson of Lower Alloways Creek Township in accordance with provisions of the above mentioned regulations.

This submittal includes three (3) signed originals and twenty-five (25) conformed copies.
