APPLICATION FOR THE MODEL NO. TN-RAM TRANSPORT PACKAGE, REVISION 17 - ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW (EPID NO. L-2018-LLA-0495)
Dear Mr. Edwards:
By letter dated December 4, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML18341A128), you submitted an application to revise Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9233, for the Model No. TN-RAM transport package. You submitted this amendment request to modify impact limiter design parameters. Staff performed an acceptance review of your application and determined it contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review.
We have established a schedule for the review and estimated that the staff may need approximately 100 hours0.00116 days <br />0.0278 hours <br />1.653439e-4 weeks <br />3.805e-5 months <br /> to complete its review. The schedule allows for the staff to issue a request for additional information (RAI) in February 2018 and, if a second RAI is not needed, a CoC in March 2019, based on you responding to the first RAI in February 2018.
