Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Environmental Report Environmental Authorizations Updated Information L-2019-020 Attachment Page 1 of 8 The SLRA ER is amended as indicated by the following text deletion (strikethrough) and text addition (red underlined font) revisions:

Revise SLRA ER Section 9.5.20 as follows:

Coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is required when it becomes necessary to ensure that the highest alteration or construction of structures associated with the project do not impair the safety of aviation. Submission of a letter of notification (with accompanying maps and project description) to the FAA would result in a written response from the FAA certifying that no hazard exists or recommending project changes and/or the installation of warning devices such as lighting. PTl'J was originally authorized under FAA permit numbers 2009 ASO 4093 OE and 2009 ASO 4094 OE.

The Turkey Point property is currently authorized under FAA permit numbers 2015 ASO 11359 OE (Unit 6) and 2015 ASO 11360 OE (Unit 7) (Table 9.1 1 ). No license renewal-related construction activities have been identified; therefore, no new notifications to the FAA are required.

Revise SLRA ER Table 9.1-1 as follows:
