WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3, RESPONSE TO NOTICE
OF VIOLATION (INSPECTION REPORT 05000382/2018008)
Dear Mr. Dinelli:
On December 18, 2018, we received your response to a Notice of Violation (Agencywide
Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18348B003) that was
issued to Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy), Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, via
Inspection Report 05000382/2018008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18319A379).
We have reviewed your reply and found it to be timely and responsive to the concerns described
in the violation. We will review your corrective actions during a future inspection.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 of the NRCs
Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection
in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs document system Agencywide
Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at
