Dear Mr. Rahimi:
Nordion (Canada) Inc. ("Nordion") provides this courtesy notification to the NRC that it has closed the transaction described in N ordion' s October 17, 2018 letter.
In addition, Nordion is providing the Certificate of Amalgamation (attached) as confirmation the transaction has been completed effective as of January 1, 2019. Nordion confirms that the transaction was completed as described in Nordion' s letter of October 17, 2018.
