I am providing you with an update to the email I sent you on December 10, 2018. Specifically, my previous email stated that The amendment was noticed in the Federal Register on December 14, 2018 (83 FR 56876). Please see the attachment to this email. Up to this date, no public comments were received. Subsequently, the NRC received a comment from a member of public on December 14, 2018.
Please see Section 6 of the SE in the attached document for the public comment and the NRC staff response.

Dear Mr. Crosslin,
This email is to inform you that the NRC is finalizing a license amendment for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. We are notifying you of the proposed issuance in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.91(b), 10 CFR 50.91(b)(3) and (b)(4). The amendment revises the Watts Bar, Unit 2 Operating License Condition 2.C.(5) to revise the completion date for reporting of actions taken to resolve issues identified in Nuclear Regulatory Commission Bulletin 2012-01, Design Vulnerability in Electrical Power System. The licensees application, dated October 31, 2018, is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under Accession No. ML18305A365.
The amendment was noticed in the Federal Register on December 14, 2018 (83 FR 56876). Please see the attachment to this email. Up to this date, no public comments were received.
