Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station PO Box 52034 Phoenix, Arizona 85072~2034 Mall Station 7636 Units 1, 2, and 3 and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Docket Numbers STN 50-528/529/530 and 72-44 Submittal of Annual Financial Reports 2017 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(b) and 10 CFR 72.80(b), enclosed please find the 2017 Annual Financial Reports for three Participants Who jointly own PVNGS and do not file a Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission or a Form 1 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. These Participants are Southern California Public Power Authority, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and Salt River Project.
The remaining Participants who jointly own PVNGS file a Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission or a Form 1 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and therefore APS Is not required to file their Annual Financial Report In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(b) or 10 CFR 72.80(b). These Participants are El Paso Electric Company, Arizona Public Service Company, Southern California Edison Company, and Public Service of New Mexico.
No commitments are being made to the NRC by this letter.
