This report is submitted in accordance with Section 6.9 of Appendix A to Provisional Operating License DPR-20.
This repox't covers the period of January 1 through December 31, 1975.
As described in our letter dated February 27, 1976~ some confusion involving changes in the reporting requirements has caused a delay in submittal of this report.
You will also note that this report does not include a section on changes, tests and experiments.
We are currently planning to submit this information by August 31, 1976, maintaining a yearly schedule as required by
