As you are aware, the requirements for inclusion of',information within. this re-port have been modified recently.
- These changes have caused some* confusion in developing this report and we find that it will not be possible to make the March 1 submittal date.
We expect to submit the major portion of this report during the first week in March.
Some additional addenda may be sub-mitted after that date.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
