RESULTS OF PERIODIC REVIEW OF REGULATORY GUIDE 3.11, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND INSPECTION OF EMBANKMENT RETENTION SYSTEMS AT URANIUM RECOVERY FACILITIES, REVISION 3 The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS), Division of Decommissioning, Uranium Recovery, and Waste Programs (DUWP) staff has completed its periodic review of Regulatory Guide (RG) 3.11, Design, Construction, and Inspection of Embankment Retention Systems at Uranium Recovery Facilities, Revision 3, as directed by Management Directive 6.6.
