I hope all is well with you. I was just notified by BWXTs Treasurer that the NRC must complete the attached cancellation notice on NRC letterhead and return it to NFS with the original letter of credit to TD Bank (a similar process to last year when we replaced the letters of credit with the surety bond).
NFS also needs to terminate the standby trust agreement between NFS and Regions Bank that is maintained in connection with the financial assurance for the BLEU Facility. Attached is a draft form of the Termination Agreement which I would be grateful if you would please confirm it is acceptable with the NRC.
