DRAFT 11/28/18 TERMINATION AGREEMENT Pursuant to Section 15 of that certain Trust Agreement dated as of March 11, 2016 (as amended, restated or otherwise modified in writing from time to time, the Trust Agreement) by and between Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Grantor), and Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation (the Trustee), the undersigned hereby accept and agree that, effective as of the date on which the last party signs this Termination Agreement, the Trust Agreement shall be terminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Termination Agreement has been executed by the Parties, each of which intends by its execution hereof to be legally bound by the terms of this Termination Agreement.
