LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER
Dear Mr. Spacco:
In response to your submittal dated October 3, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML18278A003), and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License SNM-2017 is hereby amended to approve your new radiation safety officer. Accordingly, License Condition 9 has been revised to add the date of October 3, 2018.
In addition, License Condition 10, has been revised to delete the temporary work site in Norfolk, Virginia. Your request for this change in your email dated November 30, 2018 (ADAMS Accession Number ML18334A196). All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised license and the Safety Evaluation Report.
This letter concludes action on the amendment.
In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
