SUMMARY
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS LICENSE RENEWAL On October 23, 2018, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff held a telephone conference call with staff from the University of Texas (UT) to open discussion regarding the upcoming license renewal. The previous license was issued on November 13, 2009 and will expire in November 2019. Being recently assigned as Project Manager for the facility, I scheduled a call with relevant staff to raise the issue with UT staff and ensure they are planning for submission of a timely renewal.
