Submittal of the HI-STAR 190 Safety Analysis Report Revision 3
Dear Mr. Saverot:
We are pleased to submit revision 3 ofthe HI-STAR 190 Safety Analysis Report (SAR) in support of the request for a Certificate of Compliance in [1]. This SAR revision reflects all changes corresponding to Holtec's response to staff RAis in [2], and additional editorial enhancements incorporated under Holtec QA program.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Holtec Report No. HI-2146214 Revision 3 titled "Safety Analysis Report on the HI-STAR 190 Package" in both proprietary and non-proprietary versions, respectively. is an affidavit prepared in accordance with 10 CPR 2.390 requesting that Enclosure 1 containing Holtec proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure.
