UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 Docket No 72-11 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-66 AMENDMENT NO. 10 Effective August 31, 2018, Indemnity Agreement No. B-66, between Sacramento Municipal Utility District and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated December 12, 1962, as amended, is further amended as follows:

Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 3 - License number SNM-2510 (From 12:01 a.m., June 30, 2000)

Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures known as the former Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station and the Photovoltaic Project (SMUD PVl) situated on a site of approximately 2500 acres wholly owned and controlled by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District located in Sacramento County, California approximately twenty-five {25) miles southeast of the city of Sacramento, California and approximately twenty-six (26) miles northeast of Stockton, California. The Rancho Seco Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) is located within the boundaries of the former Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station site. The Rancho Seco ISFSI Protected Area is approximately 225 feet X 170 feet in size. The Protected Area is located within the licensed boundary denoted by the 100 meter fence surrounding the Protected Area. Also within the licensed boundary of the ISFSI lies the Fuel Transfer Equipment Storage Building, a 40 foot X 100 foot enclosure to store contaminated fuel handling and transportation support equipment while the spent nuclear fuel remains in storage. The former Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station site, including the Rancho Seco ISFSI Site, is illustrated on attached Figures E-2 and E-3 from Revision 0 to the Rancho Seco ISFSI License Renewal Application dated March 2018.
