Dear Mr. Kelly:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Region V 536 South Clark Street, Floor 7 Chicago, Illinois 60605 FEMA Enclosed are three copies of the Final After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Radiological Emergency Preparedness, Full Participation Plume Exposure Pathway and Ingestion Exercise conducted on Tuesday, July 17-18, 2018. One copy of the Final AAR/IP is provided for the State of Minnesota and the risk counties of Goodhue.and Dakota.

The exercise resulted in no Level 1 Findings, no Level 2 Findings, and no Plan Issues for the State of Minnesota and the risk counties of Goodhue and Dakota.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for both the State of Minnesota and the affected local jurisdictions continue to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect the public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness program remain in effect.
