Dear Ms. Merick:

Enclosed is the Fin~l After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) for the Beaver Valley Power Station Radiological Emergency Preparedness, Partial-Participation Plume Exposure Pathway Exercise conducted on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.

There were no Level 1 Findings, no Level 2 Findings, and no Plan Issues for the State of Ohio and the County of Columbiana. One Plan Issue for the State of Ohio (03-16-2b2-P-02) from the previous exercise was resolved.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning .and preparedness for bQth the State of Ohio and the affected local jurisdictions continue to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can: be taken to protect the public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness program remain in effect.
