Pursuant to Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Unit 1 *and Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS) 5.5.14, "Technical Specifications (TS) Bases Control Program,"
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits Revision 11 of the DCPP,
TS Bases. DCPP TS Bases, Revision 11, includes changes made to the DCPP TS Bases from November 9, 2016, through August 29, 2018, and replaces Revision 10 in its entirety. Changes are noted by revision bars in the right margin of the affected TS Bases pages.
PG&E is submitting the DCPP TS Bases, Revision 11, on the enclosed compact disc (CD), labeled "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Technical Specification Bases, Revision 11," dated September 2018. The contents are in Adobe Acrobat portable document format.
