FRAMATOME INC. - AMENDMENT 11 TO LICENSE SNM-1227; PHYSICAL PROTECTION PLAN, REVISION 11 (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER L-2018-SPR-0001)
Dear Mr. Tate:
In accordance with your application dated June 29, 2018, requesting U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approval of Revision 11 to your physical protection plan, and pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 70, Materials License SNM-1227 is amended to approve the revised plan.
Safety Condition S-1 of your license is amended to add the date of June 29, 2018. Additionally, Safeguards Condition SG-2.1 is amended to specify Revision 11.0 of the Physical Protection Plan.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. The amended license and a safety evaluation report is enclosed. This letter concludes staff action on this request and Enterprise Project Identifier L-2018-SPR-0001 is considered closed.
In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
