- 3. TI 2201/004 Rev 1 12/22/14 TRAINING: No special training is required for any documents issued with this Change Notice.
REMARKS: IMC 0617, Vendor and Quality Assurance Implementation Inspection Reports, has been revised to remove information related to including ITAAC information in the Notice of Nonconformance, include a note related to not including names of suppliers in the inspection reports with one exception, and remove Appendix F.
In addition, make minor changes to the examples of minor violations and non-conformances in Appendix E, as well as editorial and clarification changes.
IP 73758, Part 52, Functional Design and Qualification, Preservice and Inservice Testing Programs for Pumps, Valves and Dynamic Restraints, had been revised to reflect lessons learned from nuclear power operating experience , vendor component qualification, NRC inspection results, recent ASME OM Code editions, and NRC rulemaking since the initial issuance of this procedure.
TI 2201/004 Revision 1, Inspection of Implementation of Interim Cyber Security Milestones 1-7, has been deleted. This TI has been completed.
