Enclosed please find the Final Report, Regulatory Compliance Self-Assessment, HMC Grants Reclamation Project, which is submitted pursuant to Conditions 3 and 4 of the Confirmatory Order issued to Homestake Mining Company of California by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 28, 2017. Also enclosed is the August 24, 2018 letter from the third party reviewer, Foxfire Scientific, Inc., providing comments on the draft Report.
