50-250 and 50-251 Steam Generator Repair Report Revision 5
Attached herewith is Revision 5 to our Steam Generator Repair Report which was forwarded to you on September 20, 1977 (L-77-206).
Revision 5 contains a new SGRR appendix and modifications to some existing SGRR pages.
With regards to the latter, only the actual portion of the page to be changed is indicated by a revision bar on the margin.
The attached Revision 5 package consists of the following:
(1)
Responses to Mr. A. Schwencer's request for additonal information dated April 13, 1978 are incorporated in the SGRR as Appendix C, (pages C-1-1 through C-4-4 plus page 3-8 and table 3.2-1);
(2)
Revisions to Chapters 2 and 5 to incorporate the necessitated changes as a result of the lower assemblies tube bundle being 8 inches shorter than presently described in the
- SGRR, (pages 2-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-8 5-11, 5-12 and 5-13 plus tables
- 2. 1-1 and 5. 1-2) and; (3)
Incorporation of accident analyses scenarios for Section 5.2 of the SGRR to demonstrate that transports of the lower assemblies over the east plant road safety related buried facilities can be acceptably accommodated with both Unit 3 and Unit 4 operating, (pages 5-Z1, 5-21a and 5-21b);

Corrections to various pages,
