m The subject inspection was completed on June 2,
1976 in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8,
1973.
The inspection showed that all but, one of the safety related hydraulic pipe restraints located inside the con-tainment were in satisfactory condition.
The fluid level on a feedwater line restraint indicated below the specified value.
This was caused by a slight loss of oil.
However, there was sufficient oil left in the system to keep the restraint operable.
The restraint was replaced by a spare unit.
