Xn compliance with Regulatory Guides 1.16 and 10.1, we are sending you two (2) copies of the second supplement, dated September 23, 1976, to our Startup Test Report for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit l.
This covers the startup testing at power levels up to and including 100% of rated thermal power.
The completed tests included in this report are:
Steam generator moisture carryover testing Loose parts monitoring Power range nuclear instrumentation noise measurements Power. coef ficient measurement 10/, step decrease from 400/o 50% ramp decrease (5%/minute) from 100%
