Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) staff to discuss with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff its planned license amendment requests to revise the emergency action levels at Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4 and St. Lucie Plant, Units Nos. 1 and 2, based on the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) document NEI 99-01, Rev. 6, "Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors," dated November 2012.
