NUREG-1122 and NUREG-1123 Congressional Review Act Summaries
- Angella, Attached are CRA summary sheets for NUREG-1122, Rev. 3, Final Report and NUREG-1123, Rev. 3, Final Report. We would like to request OMB to expedite their review, if possible.
Status of these NUREGs:
- 1. Went draft for public comment, all public comments have been resolved.
- 2. Have been reviewed by QTE, OCIO, and OGC, all comments resolved.
- 3. Proposed Final versions to be submitted to my management soon for their review, comment, and signatures on Form 426s.
- 4. I will then forward the NUREGs for ADM review for publication (with signed 426s, Form 335s, and e-mails showing QTE, OCIO, and OGC concurrence).
- 5. I will work in parallel on the FRN.
