E-51440 Listing of the TN International SAR Changes, Chapter by Chapter The TNF-XI Safety Analysis Report (SAR),DOS-06-00037028-000, Revision 9, dated June 1 2017, identified as the Table of Contents for the TNF-XI, hereby referred to as the SAR is comprised of individual chapter documents. Each chapter document is assigned a Document Number. For example Chapter 00, Introduction to the Safety Analysis Report, is assigned DOS-06-00037028-001. Each revision to the TNF-XI SAR, DOS-06-0037028-000 is comprised of a revision to one or more individual chapter documents. The revision number of the chapter documents corresponds by date only to the revision number of the SAR. The revision number for the chapter document changes only when the chapter document is revised. For example, Revision 5 to Chapter 00, was approved in March 2017, and this revision corresponds to Revision 9 of the SAR. A record of revisions is provided in the SAR and each of the individual chapters. A summary of the revisions to the chapter documents since the submittal of Revision 7 to the SAR in July 2016 is provided as follows:
