OF JUNE 26, 2018, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE 2017 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION On June 26, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EDT), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public outreach meeting to provide the public with information on the 2017 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station; the NRCs plans for continued verification of the licensees activities to maintain the safety of the plant and protect the environment and the general public; and with general information on the NRC. The outreach was held at the Camp Perry Conference Center in Port Clinton, Ohio.
NRC personnel were available for discussions related to the NRCs 2017 assessment of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station performance, which was documented in the March 2, 2018, End-of-Cycle Assessment letter (ADAMS Accession Number ML18058B123).
Presentation material that was used to describe the NRCs Reactor Oversight Process and Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station 2017 performance, is available in ADAMS (Accession Number ML18180A196).
